How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so the sooner you reach out, the better we can assist you.
- Contact us: Send an email to contact@klypstyx.com with your order number and request to cancel. Our customer support team will review your request and process the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Order Status: If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return the product once it arrives (see our Refund and Returns Policy for details).
Cancellation Window
To ensure timely processing of your request, please notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to process cancellations, as the item could already be in transit or prepared for shipment.
Refund Process After Cancellation
If your order is successfully canceled before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 2-5 business days of cancellation. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Order Already Shipped?
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item after delivery. The return must meet our Refund and Returns Policy requirements, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed based on the condition of the product.
Important Notes
- Order Modifications: Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify the contents of the order. If you need to change your order, we recommend canceling it and placing a new one.
- Shipping Delays: Occasionally, external factors such as weather or carrier issues may delay shipments. While we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation, we may not be able to intervene if the item is already in transit.
