Return Eligibility

• Return Window: You may return items, including both home kitchen products and footwear, within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition of Items:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed (for kitchen textiles or shoes that have not been worn outside), and in their original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and shoe inserts must be included.
  • Items (including shoes) should be free from signs of wear, dirt, damage, or alteration. Footwear should show no visible signs of use on the soles.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized according to your specifications cannot be returned.
• Perishable Goods: Food items or other perishable products.
• Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

   Email us at contact@klypstyx.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return (specify if it’s kitchenware or footwear), and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization:
   Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

3. Prepare Your Package:

   • Securely pack the item in its original packaging. For shoes, include the original shoe box and all inserts.
   • Include all original accessories and documentation.
   • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the Item:

   • Use a trackable shipping service to return your item.
   • We recommend FedEx for reliable delivery.
   • Keep the tracking information for your records.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility:
  You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• Exceptions:
  If the return results from our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent or a defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

  Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  2. Return Original Item:
     Follow the standard return process to send back the original item.

  3. Receive Replacement:
     Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

• Shipping Costs:
  You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error. We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Damages:
  Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage or defects—whether it’s a chipped cookware item or footwear with a manufacturing flaw—please contact us within 48 hours. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• Resolution Options:

  • Replacement: We will send a new item at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available or preferred, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

• Return Shipping:
  We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged or defective item.

Lost or Missing Items

  If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
